Breaking ground at 423 Center Street
Construction is officially underway at 423 Center Street in Clarks Summit, PA. Miles Summit will bring 25 luxury apartments designed for active adults 55+ to the heart of the borough. Stormwater infrastructure upgrades are in progress and site preparation is moving ahead of schedule.
The vision behind Miles Summit
Developer Ron Parasole shares the inspiration behind the community and its connection to the Miles family legacy. "It's important to me that the Miles family's legacy is reflected in whatever ultimately moves forward, including the name Miles Summit."
