Honoring the Miles legacy
The name Miles Summit pays tribute to the Miles family, whose foundry and auto parts store were cherished Clarks Summit landmarks for generations.
The Miles Foundry, established in 1954, produced manhole covers that can be found all across the United States. Miles Auto Parts opened in 1932 and served the community for decades. Their founder, Chet Miles, was known as a community pillar who always put people first.
Developer Ron Parasole chose the name Miles Summit to ensure that the family's legacy of craftsmanship and community care lives on in every detail of this project.
